"Need a Broker"
NIBA has launched a national advertising campaign targeting small businesses with the message “Every business needs an insurance broker”.
The campaign, spanning October 2006 through to February 2007, combines a unique and targeted mix of advertising mediums designed for maximum coverage and impact.
Launched at this year’s national NIBA Convention, the campaign involves a range of billboards, taxi-top, ad panels at bus, tram and train stops, print ads and radio advertising covering both metropolitan and regional areas.
The ads subtly identify the risks small business owners face – from fire and theft to flooding – if they’re not adequately insured, and encourage the use of insurance brokers in their insurance purchase decision. The ads also provide a strong “call to action” through a website designed to help consumers find an insurance broker specialising in their trade or profession, or by location.
The website, www.needabroker.com.au, which acts as a “one stop shop” for consumers when searching for an insurance broker, contains the contact details for hundreds of insurance brokerages across the country.
