The Lex McKeown Trophy
The Lex Mckeown trophy is awarded to any member of NIBA, regardless of any Board or Divisional Committee position, for outstanding service to the Association. At the November 1990 Board meeting it was agreed to dispense with the Presidents award but to retain the Lex McKeown Award. The awarding of the trophy is at the discretion of the President. The Chief Executive Officer presents to the President suitable candidates for a decision. It is appropriate that the winner of the trophy be in attendance as a registered delegate at the Convention.
