Dallas Booth, Chief Executive
Dallas joined NIBA as Chief Executive in July 2011. He has worked on insurance related matters since the early 1980s, initially as a policy adviser in the NSW Government and then as a regulator at the Motor Accidents Authority of NSW. He spent 8 years at the Insurance Council of Australia working on a wide range of industry issues, including 3 years as Deputy Chief Executive. During that time he established and ran the HIH Claims Support Scheme. Prior to joining NIBA, Dallas was Chief Executive Officer at Asbestos Injuries Compensation Fund Ltd, managing the arrangements between James Hardie Industries and the NSW Government for compensating people exposed to asbestos products produced by the former James Hardie companies.

Linda Evans, Professional Development Executive
Linda Evans joined NIBA in 1991 and is currently the Professional Development Executive. In her role Linda oversees the ongoing development of NIBA's Qualified Practising Insurance Broker system of professional broking standards in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. She heads the team at the NIBA College of Insurance & Risk Professionals. Linda has an honours degree in education, a Graduate Diploma in Marketing and a Master of Business. She is a member of the NIBA Education and Convention Committees. Linda is also on the Board of Innovation and Business Skills Australia.

Melina Sanfilippo, Registrar and Membership Co-ordinator
Melina joined NIBA in 1998 and currently works as the Registrar and Membership Co-ordinator. She has worked in the insurance industry for over 20 years, at both insurance companies and multinational brokerages. Melina is currently studying for a Bachelor of Business at Monash University in Melbourne. She also acts as the Divisional Secretary for the Victorian divisional committee.

Kathy Davis, National Operations Manager
Kathy joined NIBA in July 2011. Kathy comes from an operational background within the finance and banking industry. She has an extensive experience in accounting and project management and genral business operations.

Emilie Webster, Education & Broking Services Consultant
Emilie joined NIBA in 2009 to assist the College with the provision of educational services and technical support. She also represents NIBA on the National Catastrophe Co-ordination unit and holds positions on NIBA’s National Education and Victorian Divisional Committees. With 10 years in the Insurance Industry Emilie has served on the Board of Insight Insurance Brokers Association was awarded the 2003 Regional Insurance Brokers Award of Excellence in Victoria. Emilie holds a Graduate Diploma of Financial Services and Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.

Leanne Huynh, Accounting & Finance Manager
Leanne Huynh joined NIBA in 2009 and is employed as the Manager of Finance and Operations. Leanne has a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting); is a current associate member of the Taxation Institute of Australia and a member of the ACCA. Leanne has had over five years of chartered accounting experience in Australia and has been in commerical accounting roles for over three years as well as working and travelling across Europe and the UK for two years.
