Insurance Taskforce representatives advise that access to Ingham has now been arranged for certain parties including insurers wanting to set up customer assistance centres.

BoM predicts that heavy rainfall will return to the Ingham and Townsville areas later this week so any required access arrangements should be made as soon as possible.
