‘I found a traineeship with AON after leaving school. I was educated in the industry right from the start with training on the products and services as well as starting on a Certificate III, which was at entry level. One of the good things about my position as a young person starting out in the insurance broking profession is the mentoring I receive from my boss and colleagues. I’ve completed Certifi cate III and have progressed to doing a Tier 1 qualification.’
