3 ways to improve your broking business

1. Enrol in one of NIBA College’s new skills programs.

Over the month of May NIBA COllege will be introducing 18 new courses, covering the most popular business skills topics. Each program includes a comprehensive learning resource and a handy quick tips guide that helps you apply your new skills every day.

All programs earn 2 CPD points and are ideal for individual or group training. Courses can be enrolled in individually or as part of a subscription.

2. Don’t stop developing your skills when you reach Tier 1.

Upgrade to full broking competency by completing your diploma in Insurance Broking. After a positive response to its new Tier 1 program last year, NIBA College has introduced the new course format for all remaining Diploma modules. You will find the new format more practice based and the ideal way to really develop your higher level broking skills – particularly in dealing with complex new clients, renewals and claims situations. 3. Up-skill into a particular broking specialisation

NIBA College has new tertiary level courses that can be done stand alone or as part of a Graduate Diploma qualification. These will help you to:
