Commercial and Heavy Motor Fleets insurer, Fleetsure has won the the Sue Ronai Memorial Excellence in Claims Award for the second year in a row.
Run by Austbrokers Members in Victoria and Tasmania, the Sue Ronai Memorial Excellence in Claims Award is a perpetual trophy recognising insurers who deliver an outstanding claims experience. The winner is decided by Austbrokers staff who evaluate insurers and underwriters against 13 claims criteria.

Ronai was a highly respected figure in the claims industry until her death from cancer in 2007. She spent most of her working life in claims at various major insurers, was a former Claims Manager of Zurich Insurance and was Claims Manager of Austbrokers Phillips when she passed.
