  • Emma Keegan

    Branch Leader & Head of Strategic Sales Operations - Corporate, Gallagher

    Emma’s career in insurance spans 22 years working across various roles in large broking firms, the last 6 years spent with Gallagher. She is currently transitioning in to a newly created role Head of Strategic Sales in the Gallagher Corporate Business and is passionate about insurance, leadership and helping people realise their true potential. Emma has had 2 cancer battles in her time at Gallagher (most recently in August) and is on the panel to share her insights on balancing a senior role whilst “working with illness” and the importance of a supportive work place.

  • Prudence Chang

    Executive Manager Business Development and Partners, NCI

    Prudence has been at NCI for 15 years and has recently celebrated the birth of her second child. She is the Executive Manager of Business Development and Partner’s. Being at the top of the game please join her in exploring how a mum of two young children has come back to work after a short stint of maternity leave. She will explore what you need to consider, what is possible and most importantly how to have the conversation.

  • Kevin Baker

    Regional Director, South East Australia – National, Aon | Chairperson - NIBA Vic Committee

    Kevin has over 27 years general insurance broking experience, commencing in the London and Lloyds Insurance markets where he directly advised and assisted a range of clients in all facets of Insurance. Having relocated to Australia early in 2002 Kevin has continued to work with both Corporate and Commercial clients that include many involved in high risk occupations or industries. Currently Kevin occupies the role of Regional Director for Aon’s National segment, being responsible for operations in Vic, Tas and SA. Kevin has now been with Aon for over eighteen years, during this time he has held roles on both the NIBA Vic Committee and YP Committee including Chairperson.

  • Catrina Galanti

    Sales Executive

    A former underwriter, Catrina has thoroughly enjoyed to shift to broking. Getting involved with the NIBA Young Professionals committee, Catrina previously MC’d last year’s panel session for the final year of our former CEO’s term, asking Dallas Booth the tough questions. A passionate credit nerd, Catrina supplements her role at National Credit Insurance (Brokers) as a the current President of the Vic/Tas division of the Australian Institute of Credit Management. Catrina recognises the importance of knowledge sharing, information on legislative updates and representation in government and is always enthusiastic about getting involved and making sure there is a diverse range of thought and contribution in everything she does.
