This training is NIBA accredited for 12 CPD points on successful completion of the program.

Amplify Your Business is a broker focused program which empowers brokers to design and deliver great client experiences. The program mantra is:

“Attract. Inspire. Engage your ideal client to unlock your referral market and re-ignite your passion for your Business!”

This program will show you how to turn sales conversations with clients into valuable long-term relationships that grow equity and revenue, rather than short-term transactions.

Unlike other programs geared towards increasing profit margins through price or head-counts, C1 builds profits by enhancing your clients’ experience. This formula creates happier clients who keep coming back for more because they know that you have their best interests at heart – not just a sale.

At the end of this 10-week program you will:

  • Articulate what Client Experience is
  • Understand why Client Experience is important
  • Create your own C1 vision for your organisation
  • Create your ideal client profile
  • Understand your ideal client journey map
  • Map your ideal client journey
  • Identify and implement measures across your ideal client journey
  • Identify and implement strategic Client communication to drive positive behaviour

    Odette de Beer is a customer experience expert with 16 years of experience in the financial service industry. Her experiences include designing and implementing strategies to address legislation, as well as business optimisation and growth. Odette specialises in client experience, which she considers one of the most important methods for growth. She has been certified by the Customer Experience Professionals Association (CXPA), holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification from Juran International, and is a Creative Consciousness Coach, she has a Bachelors Degree in Business Management, a Diploma in Leadership from the Gordon Institute of Business.
