"Power of Effective Questions" Breakfast Seminar in Adelaide on Thursday, 25 May
Are you looking to get the most out of your meetings with current or potential clients? Your ability to deliver great customer service is directly related to your ability to extract relevant information from the person you are trying to assist.
Asking good questions is productive, positive, creative, and can get us what we want. Most people believe this to be true and yet people do not ask quality questions. Perhaps one of the reasons for this is that effective questioning requires it be combined with effective listening. Through this snappy workshop you will have the opportunity to:
- Explore different question types
- Learn how to ask questions in a different way to get a different result
- Gain tips for asking better questions
This session will take place on Thursday 25 May from 7:45am-9:00am at Adelaide's Mayfair Hotel. A sit down breakfast will be provided in conjunction with the presentation.
