We welcome back Proclaim, a specialist claims management company who will share insights on how insurance brokers can support their clients’ expectations when managing claims and providing them relevant information with what is happening now in the market.

About the speaker
Richard manages the Insurance division of Proclaim which provides outsourced claims solutions to various insurers including Lloyds of London. He has a wealth of experience managing liability claims for various affinity programs, including the sporting and hospitality sectors. Richard has presented to insurance and industry, conducted seminars on indemnity and claims issues + delivered training and auditing services to hotel groups and clubs.
NIBA will be supporting ‘Those Left Behind’ charity during the 2019 expo.
Assistance will be given to the Victoria Police Mental Health Unit and will go towards providing additional staff and resources to help those people who are dealing with the suicide of a loved one.
