NIBA has a strong presence on a number of social media websites in order to provide our members with as many convenient ways to access important updates and information about our initiatives, products and services.

In support of our email alerts system and print publications Gazette and Insurance & Risk Professional magazine, we are active on the following social networks.

LinkedIn

The NIBA LinkedIn company page is a means of keeping members up to date on the latest NIBA news, media releases, submissions and events information.

Our closed discussion group, meanwhile, was set up to allow NIBA staff and members to share news and information and discuss recent and forthcoming NIBA and industry events and initiatives.

Facebook

Our most informal social media presence, the NIBA Facebook page is the go-to place to keep up to date with interesting and relevant NIBA activities and events amidst an ocean of cat videos, motivational quotes and rib-tickling memes.

Twitter

Our main outlet for breaking NIBA and industry news, the official NIBA Twitter feed has grown steadily since its launch at the 2011 NIBA Convention and we now have more than 1000 followers.

YouTube & Vimeo

NIBATV is NIBA’s digital video channel, which is housed on both YouTube and Vimeo. NIBATV examines areas of enduring industry interest, hot topics, or career and business development opportunities for brokers made available through NIBA.

Since its launch in August 2012, NIBATV’s videos have clocked up well in excess of 20,000 views.
