Registrations will not be processed without payment. If payment has not been received within 7 days of the event, your registration will be automatically cancelled.

NIBA reserves the right to cancel any event if the minimum number of attendees is not reached to avoid a cancellation fee from the venue. If this occurs, bookings will be refunded in full.

Cancellation of an event booking if made up to 15 days prior to the event will receive a full refund less an administration fee. The administration fee will be 10% of the total ticket price.

No refunds will be made within 14 days of an event.
