Stakeholders now have until Friday, May 2nd 2025 to provide feedback to the Insurance Brokers Code of Practice Review Consultation Paper.  This extension ensures that all stakeholders have the opportunity to provide considered and constructive input into the future direction of the Code.

The review has already attracted strong engagement from NIBA members, industry stakeholders, and regulators, reflecting a shared commitment to maintaining a Code that is both relevant and effective in guiding professional conduct across the broking profession.

NIBA members who have yet to share their feedback are encouraged to take advantage of the additional time available. Member contributions will be instrumental in shaping the outcomes of this review and supporting a Code that continues to reflect the needs and expectations of Subscribers, clients, and the broader community.
