NIBA and ANZIIF Strengthen Partnership to Attract Talent into the Insurance Industry

NIBA and ANZIIF are joining forces in 2025 and strengthening their collaborative partnership to help ensure that the insurance sector is strongly positioned for the future by attracting talent in a competitive landscape.   

NIBA CEO Richard Klipin and ANZIIF CEO Katrina Shanks met recently to explore greater opportunities for collaboration between the two bodies.

NIBA’s Insure Your Future initiative and ANZIIF’s Careers in Insurance will come together for The Big Meet 2025, Australia’s biggest careers expo for undergraduates and graduates.  

The Insure Your Future (IYF) team will be hitting the road across a whole range of cities, including Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney, to meet young graduates and other high school students ready to take their first step in the workforce, highlighting how rewarding and varied a career in the insurance sector can be.  

You can find the IYF and Careers of Insurance team members at The Big Meet 2025 in your city across these dates below.  

• Sydney: Wednesday 19th March, 11.00am - 3.30pm, Hall 1, International Convention Centre 
• Melbourne: Friday 21st March, 11.00am - 3.30pm, Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre 
• Brisbane: Monday 24th March, 11.00am - 3.30pm, Brisbane Convention & Exhibition Centre 
• Adelaide: Friday 28th March, 11.00am - 3.30pm, Adelaide Convention Centre 
• Perth: Tuesday 1st April, 11.00am - 2.00pm, Perth Convention & Exhibition Centre
