NIBA Announces the Winner of the 2025 QLD Young Broker of the Year Award

NIBA is thrilled to announce the winner of the Vero-partnered 2025 QLD Young Broker of the Year award. 

The award was presented at the 2025 NIBA Qld Gala Lunch on Wednesday, 23 July at The Star in Brisbane to a packed room of over 430 professionals.  

The Vero-partnered 2025 Qld Young Broker of the Year award was awarded to Emily Radmall from Your Insurance Broker. 

The Young Broker of the Year award celebrates high standards of professionalism for brokers under 35 years of age. 

NIBA CEO Richard Klipin congratulated the winner and acknowledged the finalists: “I wish Emily all the best for the upcoming national awards in October and would like to congratulate all the finalists for their commitment and dedication towards the profession,” Richard said. 

NIBA President Nick Cook noted the importance of the award program: “The award is an integral part of recognising and celebrating the standout talent present in the broking profession.”

Her dedication to ongoing professional development and her ability to inspire those around her reflect the qualities of a true leader. Emily will now go on to compete for the national Young Broker of the Year award. The national Vero-partnered Young Broker of the Year will be chosen from the five state winners and announced in October at the 2025 NIBA Convention.
