Notice to members
Members of National Insurance Brokers Association of Australia (NIBA) are warmly invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of NIBA Principal Members, on Thursday 23rd February 2023, at 12.00 noon Sydney time. The meeting will be held in person to a limited capacity at the Midnight Rambler Room in Workspace365 Bond, Level 5/20 Bond St, Sydney NSW 2000, as well as a virtual meeting using Microsoft Teams [click HERE for access or use the following details Meeting ID: 410 097 993 869 Passcode: ua5DLC].
The Purpose of the meeting is to:
- Confirm the Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting held on 22 February 2022
- Receive the Directors’ Report and the Annual Accounts for the financial year ending 31 October 2022
- Appoint HLB Mann Judd as Auditor for 2022/2023
- Announce the name of the Directors who will take office from the conclusion of the meeting.

Members are reminded that only one vote per Principal Member is allowed and that a Principal Member that is not an individual must appoint a representative to vote on their behalf. You may wish to nominate a proxy to vote at the member’s meeting via the Proxy Form.
