Tim leads our claim's function and has over 23 years of insurance experience working across numerous claims, assessing & supply chain roles. He was involved in a life-changing car accident that left him confined to a wheelchair and, as a result, has a lived experience on the other side of IAG's claims experience as a customer. Tim is passionate about helping people recover from loss and his career has been defined by transforming claims teams to be more empathetic and efficient.

Executive Manager, Claims Enablement, CGU

As the Executive Manager of Claims Enablement in our Intermediated Claims business, I lead initiatives and provide support to our Claims teams, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers, brokers, and colleagues. 

With over 25 years in the insurance industry, my career has encompassed roles in Distribution, Transformational Programs, Operations, and Claims. This diverse experience has equipped me with unique insights that drive innovative solutions for the Intermediated Claims Team. My team and I are dedicated to continuously improving our business practices, always striving to meet and exceed our goals.
